This movies was quite enjoyable, moving along nicely, good action, dialog not too bad. Then in the last 20 minutes it goes off the rails. The main villain starts monologueing about how the love interested (and package) is not very worldly, how he's a pacifist at heart, and if everyone would just cooperate no one would have to get hurt.
What? Where did that come from. And then *spoiler alert* Frank falls in love with the "package." There's nothing in the chase scenes or stunts you haven't seen before.
