This definitely wasn't my favorite out of the series. The villain's and their "evil plan" was almost comical. It was bordering on Captain Planet levels of terrorism. I also wasn't too fond of the lead female character.
I did love the continuing bromance of Frank and Tarconi, though. They're adorable!
