I saw this movie a few weeks ago in france. the dubbing was well done IMO, who knows, maybe the original voices suck. but the cinematography was pretty sleek, the fight scenes were well done, and the villainess was hot.
my only gripes are that the plot was formulaic and predictable and that the main bad guy was a typical generic movie villain.
