Review of Transporter 2 (2005) by Jenna T — 15 Aug 2010

Ok ok ok people it's Jason Statham he's not the best actor in the world but his films are at least watchable (unlike Ben Afflecks) and most of the time are very fun and people always have a good laugh and enjoy it eventually because that's the kind of film it is just like Rambo, Predator and any Seagal film (And I know these films are much better but Arnie and Stallone aren't really much different actors from Jason Statham).

The first one doesn't differ too much from the sequel but at least it was a good lead on from it, I mean sure it didn't really need to have a sequel but when you got a fucking funny hose pipe scene you just can't resists.

And anyway it's certainly a lot bettet than another action sequels like the countless Death Wishes and unfortuntly the Die Hard did also go very down hill after 1 even when 2 and 3 were still watchable.

But even with all the criticism that could be easily tagged to this film, I prefer to show the fun and brilliant parts to the film:

The Hose Pipe-Statham robs a jamician lil' wayne and takes him to Gianni's house were he beats up all the guards very skillfully with a hose pipe!! Kicking it, throwing it anything he can to make sure those fucking guards are either knocked out or to hurt to continue fighting with Jason.

The Chef-Statham's french chef who also gives him top notch info on anything he wants since he is also a cop, this comes in very very handy when he baits the pigs to cooking excellent food and then sneaking of to give him info on what's going on. You couldn't ask for a more fun supporting actor.

In the end this film is just a stupid fun man powered action film with jamicians and hose pipes.

Fun times.
