The fifth Transformers film by Michael Bay is actually not a total disaster to my surprise. Yes there are the expected explosions, slow-mo and the hot woman running while you see some of her cleavage. The movie also has some interesting ideas finally, but is ultimately squashed by the uninspired script and dull dialogue.

There are some cringe moments as to be expected especially coming from a scientist and the idiotic perverted humor. Some of the action scenes I felt were the best part of the movie along with Anthony Hopkins.

The movie doesn't explore much with the Knights of the Round table unfortunately too, and it is the shortest film which is a good thing cause watching these movies just drain me. Overall not the worst Transformers with some interesting ideas and concepts, but is met with an uninspired plot and dull dialogue that brings it down.
