Review of Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014) by Daniel F — 03 May 2016
It's not the best of the Transformers movies but neither is it quite the disaster some reviews may lead you the believe. Age of Extinction is certainly an enjoyable ride with great CGI and some good, loud action scenes and Mark Wahlberg proves better than Shia LaBeouf in the human lead.
That said it is however 20 mins too long, a few of the jokes fall flat and Jack Reynor should be sacked from acting as he delivers some truly cringe worthy lines throughout. If you can ignore that, add a large pinch of salt, sit back and enjoy it for what it is.
After all it is based on a toy!
