Review of Traitor (2008) by Mark C — 01 May 2011
From the mind of... The Jerk, The Man with Two Brains, ¡Three Amigos!, Bowfinger, The Pink Panther and The Pink Panther 2 comes a devout Muslim Bourne again spy thriller (without any Spy Vs Spy humor).
So Steve Martin also gave us Roxanne and Shopgirl. But the screenplay was written by Nachmanoff (The Day After Tomorrow) who also directed (his first "big" budget). I liked it but was expecting bad.
The performances are good enough but I think some more time spent on the actors acting and less camera tricks may have given it a bit more of the blood, sweat and tears it needed.
