Review of Trainwreck (2015) by João P — 29 Nov 2015
Judd Appatow returns to form in the director's chair with another foul mouthed comedy with a soul. This time he tackles his usual schitck from the perspective of a woman who refuses to grow up and give up her single life.
Amy Schumer writes a hilarious script as she also plays her character with great humanity and largely without judgement and a huge amount of self deprecation. If you're a fan of Bridesmaids, 40 Year Old Virgin or Knocked Up, this is for you.
