A revelatory experience. This is the movie that introduced me to techno - like, it a way that stuck with me, that made me want to explore the genre afterwards. And Trainspotting has perhaps generally the greatest soundtrack of any movie I've ever seen.
This movie is haunting and brilliant. At the time, it served as a premonition of my future tastes.
