A posthumous collection of outtakes and recycled footage from all previous entries, masquerading as a feature film. Any comedy herein is laboured and unfunny - which is why they were outtakes in the first place!
This begins with the heartfelt dedication:
"To Peter ...The One and Only Inspector Clouseau".
...and ends with the words:
"Coming Soon ...Curse Of The Pink Panther".
...I don't know about you, but I detect an ironic insincerity there somewhere.
