Wrong wrong wrong! A poor excuse of a movie. Blake Edwards has lumped segments already seen from other movies with the odd moment that looks like it may have been an outtake from an earlier one. It doesnt work and having no Sellers to work with is noticeable, they should have just said no rather than try and flog the formula again after the main man had died.
