Review of Toys (1966) by Marcus A — 17 Mar 2008
Robin Williams is practically a kid in an adult's body. Seems only fitting that he would play a character that is exactly the same way. This movie is neat in that it shows the potential of toys from both extremes: as things to play with for fun and things that can train you to kill.
Of course, the movie isn't violent in that respect, but it opens your eyes to the potential for violence. But the toys aren't to blame, people are.
