Take it for what it is..an early cheesy action flick (well teenage action). It is so over the top that it is hard not to like it. Sean Austin gives a good performance as do Will WHeaton and Lous Gossett Jr.
This isn't a great movie with an amazing script, so don't go in expecting that. Instead realize that it is an early 90s flick meant for two things...a few chuckles and an over the top story, and you should enjoy it a bit more.
