Review of Touch of Evil (1958) by Trey L — 14 Jul 2008
Suspend disbelief enough to allow Charlton Heston to play a Mexican detective, and you will be able to enjoy one of my all-time favorite noir thrillers. This film grabs you with its spectacular first tracking shot (filmed as one long, continuous take) and never lets go.
