I need to watch this again because the storyline got a little muddled at times and it wasn't always easy to know what was going on. But that opening tracking shot is mindbogglingly amazing, and it was done before Steadicam was invented.
All I remember is that there's an explosion on the USA-Mexico border and there's some sort of conspiracy going on along with some corruption.
