Review of Touch of Evil (1958) by Chris Michael S — 15 Jul 2012
Orson Welles' second-best film, although how can anyone compete with Citizen Kane? One of the best-directed films of all time. It's visually elaborate, and it tells a deliciously dark tale. A perfect film through and through, in spite of Charlton Heston not fooling me for a second about being Mexican.
