Good film...had all the elements of suspense, adventure, etc. but it wasn't one of Hitchcock's most memorable films. There were no climaxes...at least thats what I felt and there were no big thrills, twists and turns. I thought Paul Newman was his charming self...as he always is and it was refreshing to see Julie Andrews in a serious role...even though singing and dancing is her forte. There were some scenes that dragged and some scenes that were worth mentioning like: the fighting scene at the farm and the debacle at the ballet recital.

The film displayed Hitchcock's usual shots, direction, color schemes, personality, tone, and writing. It wasn't a terrible movie, but it wasn't a great one overall.
