'Torn Curtain' is a 1966 American political thriller film directed by Alfred Hitchcock (is a legend director of his time & our & in the future ahead, I love his work), I love the bus journey towards Berlin is such a thrilling & aswome ride that they did and as well the orange haired ladies (which was Lila Kedrova) was pretty cool & funny (the one that help them out I loves spy's).

The acting was pretty brilliant work (especial best from the two main leads Paul Newman & Julie Andrews) which are; Paul Newman (was brilliantly charming in the film), Julie Andrews (was excellent in the film), Lila Kedrova, Wolfgang Kieling & the rest of the unknown cast members (which are mostly foreign) were pretty ok in the film, The genre Mystery & Thriller (with some Romance in the film as it was good) which really did well in this classic Alfred Hitchcock set of element for its genre style.

The film start out really boring & was all muddled to me (as it still is when I watch it), but once it gets to the middle & ending is pretty brilliant & has got the style of Alfred Hitchcock filmmaking right in those bits (but I did love the intro bit at the begging aswell), the film is very mystery & quit odd really but an average Alfred Hitchcock film that not his best work, but his most notable filmmaking of Mystery, Thriller, some Romance & political/War, it not suspenseful but it is horrific in somewhat way of seeing this movie but it is slightly clever but not as clever as other Alfred Hitchcock movies, it has some out dated special effects in the movie & the fight scenes was pretty average for its time, while it is somewhat of a decent political movie but it does have it down falls & flaws in the film and while it's not be my favourite movie ever its well acted & director & is quit watchable film (is would have been a heart-pounding/suspense for it time in the late 60's, but now is not as good for our time, but it is decent for us Alfred Hitchcock Fans).
