Review of Torn Curtain (1966) by Keira R — 21 Oct 2011
I have to say it's pretty interesting. The backdrops are TERRIBLE and a blind person can tell it's not exactly real, plus it looks like a bunch of re-used sets came together in this film. Besides that, I very much enjoyed the Iron Curtain intrigue and how Julie Andrews's character kept being pulled in more & more at every turn.
It's a bit too long but enjoyable. And for the many times they're chasing her, Julie is remarkably calm. Ugh! Incredibly lame ending...
