Review of Tora! Tora! Tora! (1970) by Timothy M — 10 Aug 2005
Tora! Tora! Tora! is a no-nonense account of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour, that it not biased in any way, and shows the blatant stupidity and arrogance of the Americans during the time, as opposed to the strict efficiency of the Japanese Navy.
Featuring a no-name cast, this film faithfully recreates the events leading up to the Battle of Pearl Harbour. The action sequences are quite good, and the performances are also excellent.
A classic.
