As someone who hasn't even seen the first TOP GUN movie, only knowing a few story details, I can honestly say that TOP GUN: MAVERICK is a very enjoyable and very well done film. The movie is worth watching, even if you haven't seen the first film.
This movie may not do anything "new", but it does a lot right. I definitely recommend checking this blockbuster out.
