Review of Top Gun (1955) by Arpad C — 10 Feb 2013

The original movie is incredible. Now that they've updated the title to include the IMAX 3D part, I feel I should update my review as well. Of course it's the same great movie, but you can only do so much with converting a non-3D film to "3D".

There wasn't much of a 3D effect, certainly no jets flying out of the screen or anything like that, although there were some times where a hat brim or a cloud against the sky (or ocean if looking down) clearly had some depth to it.
