FINALLY!!!!! A movie that demonstrates the intellectual, soulful aspects of modern black culture. Bravo to Chris Rock for capturing the nuances of our unique point of view. Yes- you can love rap, be successful, embrace your roots, understand the stereotypes presented by 'reality stardom'-- but be a human being.

I loved the multi-faceted portrayal of friendship and the search for love and self-actualization. Will definitely buy it as part of my personal collection.
