Review of Top Five (2014) by Miles C — 17 Jan 2015
This is not a comedy. This is a love story filled with great comics. Very smart and deep. Chris Rock hasn't had this dramatic of a role since New Jack City. The plot is that a comic on his downward career path due to sobriety is in the midst of promoting his latest film and giving an in depth interview that is lasting the day and getting very personal and reflective all while his fiancé is planning a televised wedding.
This was worth the price of admission. Worth seeing at any time.
