Am I crazy or does the AFI really like men that dress up as women? Tootsie is no 2 on the 100 comedy list but I can't really say it's one of the funniest moviesever. It is, without mistake funny but not as funny as blazing saddles or airplane or hell not even as funny as don't be a menace to south central La.
