Dustin Hoffman is very convincing as a woman that it is almost creepy you forget that it is him. Funny, sweet, and still relevant, it's not so much about a man dressing up as a woman,but a man so desperate to make something of himself that he will go to any length to get it. Isn't that all of us though? One of the gem comedies of the 1980s.
Grade: A-.
