You get some background on Robbins interspersed with unimaginable traumas elicited from a deep Q like "how many here are thinking about suicide." Riveting. And not small stuff.

So, it is one big infomercial, but it turns out - that's not a bad thing.

A literal $5000 seminar for free.

And potentially it is life changing in its layered approach. But don't be fooled into thinking that's all you need.

The filmmakers love the guy, and full disclosure, I bought his cd course around 2001, but never got past the 1st disc. And like most, I remained intrigued yet still skeptical. So I'll attest - I had to see thru the slick packaging to see the honesty here.

A snapshot of his life principles, but even here, although he borders on techniques used by cults - a high price, remote location, demanding assumptions in breaking up a 'bad' relationship - he also maintains they have to work on themselves and that he is only starting something in them and they will have to continue for their future breakthroughs.

Like watching a movie instead of going to a trained counselor, this is simply the tip of the iceberg in changing your life - don't let this be the only piece of input that you get for help.

But ya gotta start somewhere.

This is like a ten minute talk w Dr Phil on your way to your therapist.

3 motivations to change out of 5.
