The German nomination for Best Foreign Language Oscar is an odd movie. Labled as a comedy is an odd movie. Rarely has a father / daughter relationship been shown this strange. The movie takes place in Roumania, something a movie goer rarely sees.
By the way it didn't win the Oscar!
