Review of Tomorrowland (2015) by Richard B — 24 Oct 2015

I really like Brad Bird, George Clooney, and Damon Lindelof so I had pretty high expectations for this film, but the trailers (which basically showed whole scenes) didn't look that good and the poor reviews made me not as interested in it.

The film is 100% a Disney film and their mark is all over it, which is almost slightly annoying. The film tries to be a movie that both kids and adults will like and it falls in the middle and I think it fails at both; I wonder if it would have just went after being a kids movie or an adults movie maybe it would have been better.

Overall this film is a mess for the most part, but Clooney is solid in it and the special effects are really cool and Tomorrowland looks phenomenal.
