Review of Tomorrowland (2015) by Second G — 05 Sep 2018
Movie Review-Tomorrowland.
This movie was so interesting, when I saw it, I felt so connected to the story and I wanted to know more about it.
The director of the movie is Brad Bird.
The type of movie is science fiction.
There are a lot of important characters but the main ones are: George Clooney as Frank Walker; Britt Robertson as Casey Newton and Raffey Cassidy as Athena.
Other characters in the movie are Hugh Laurie as David Nix and Pierce Gagnon as Casey's brother.
Most actors made a good performances in the movie, like Casey Newton that is the protagonist and despite that is a really young girl, acts really well.
Athena it's a little girl that acts as a robot, who recruits intelligent people to live and create good things for humanity in Tomorrowland.
Frank Walker is another creator from Tomorrowland, in the beginning he is just a child that wants to show the jetpack he was building.
At the middle he is presented as an old man that was exiled from tomorrowland.
The plot starts when Frank Walker design a machine that can tell you the day you will die, so David Nix, the emperor of Tomorrowland exiles him forever.
Forty years later, Athena knows about Casey Newton, and wants to recruit her to safe the word, because the machine that Frank Walker build said that the world will end in about 60 days.
I think that the story is really good because one of the problems for humanity is knowing when will the world end, and they try to recreate it.
They use really good this problem because Tomorrowland is a futurist city that tries to solve humanity problems.
The movie have good soundtracks made by Michael Giacchino.
Also really good scenes, the first time they present Tomorrowland they make it with in a very large field with the city away. Also they create a future city with very large buildings, and with the invention of Frank Walker in the mid of the city.
I would rate the movie 7 out of 10.
I would recommend other persons this movie if they want to have a good time, maybe it is not the best but for having a good time is fine.
