Review of Tomorrowland (2015) by Freddie S — 01 Feb 2016
Although it is Disney, and geared for kids and teens, this movie is one of a kind because it balances the notion of Apocalypse (the world ending) and a brimming with hope lead character that has IMAGINATION, curiosity, and determination to change it.
It's safe for any age because it has humor, wit, its playful, but still touching and heartfelt. Compared to the Action-Packed, Shooter movies/Hero/Comic movies, this is a wistful and wonderful way to actually educate and even inspire a younger generation about the future in a realistic and optimistic light.
What's not to like about that? Teach the kids to THINK, and to BELIEVE that though their actions are small, or one person may seem insignificant, it can make a impact. Overall Awesome acting by Clooney and the younger cast.
So clever! P.S. Im a 26 year old adult saying this- haha.
