Right at the beginning of the piece, there is a flashback story to explain the history of George Clooney's character. I think that idea stretched to 90 minutes would have made a far better film. What we have instead is a sermon. That's fine, and I'm essentially on board with the content, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Even brushing that aside, Tomorrowland is still somewhat of a mess. Very disappointing given how impressive Director Brad Bird's filmography is.
