Review of Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) by Ian G — 25 Dec 2008
Brosnan's second entry in the tux, great action set pieces mainly with the bikes and bmw, and the Bond women are great updates from the more traditional girls of yore, most notably Yeoh who actually steals some thunder from the lead in her martial arts sequence not having to cut around her action.
Major flaw here if anything is the haminess of Pryce's character of the media baron and his goon henchmen, too camp and not a hint of sinister to him to make it match it up to the superior predecessor.
An average entry.
