Review of Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) by Brett D — 25 Aug 2012
Vastly underrated Bond film, with Pearce easily following up the action packed Goldeneye and delivering another charming, wry performance. The set pieces are immaculately stage and its all thumping good fun.
Plus Pryce's don't call me Murdoch antagonist is among the most realistic of the franchise- believe me folks if the world is under threat it won't be from a man who weeps blood or strokes a white cat, it'll be from a media mogul and his greed! Granted his Aryan sidekick is taking things too far though.
