This movie is good, but it has some flaws that keep it from being a better movie:
- there's not enough action in this movie.
- the action scenes could've been constructed better. Like James Bond could've fought the bad guys better.

Despite its flaws, this movie is decent and fun to watch, but its not as good as "Goldeneye." "Goldeneye" is the best Bond movie ever, because it has better action scenes and more memorable characters and plot.
