Review of Tommy Boy (1995) by Nathan S — 19 May 2011
Why do I like this film? Well, first of all, I have a guilty pleasure from silly slapstick humor. Second, it reminds me of the best moments from The Three Stooges. Third, the only decent Chris Farley film while he was still alive and active.
Three good reasons why Tommy Boy is enjoyable. But if you like slapstick, this is as slapstick as a movie can possibly be without the tacky, dimwitted aspects of most modern-day films. Need I say any more? I think not!
