As a fan of the game franchise and being disappointed by every single game to movie adaptation, I have lowered my expectations for this. Turns out I really liked it. I only have 2 complaints: There are a lot of lines that are too predictable.
And I understand they wanted to make it more real than fantastical but I really preferred Himiko's story and role in the game.
