Review of Tokyo Sonata (2008) by Larry G — 12 Jan 2014
A normal, seemingly happy family in Tokyo, the husband working in a decent position, the wife taking care of the home and two children. But then he is downsized and doesn't dare to tell the wife and starts to hang out with others like him during the days, pretending to go to work.
Being a housewife isn't that much better either, nor being the children of these parents.. A drama about the challenges of everyday urban family life.
