Absolutely insane, super gory and very very funny. Overlong at 2 hours but packs in so much invention and madness it is easy to forgive. Pretty much the perfect midnight movie. Especially loved the Verhoeven-esque TV ads for the privatised Tokyo Police Force and other mad crap.
