Robocop meets Ichi the Killer.
This is ok to watch when you're . . . I dunno, waiting for something, or drinking with friends. It's not as fun to watch though as a movie that doesn't know it's bad. This one does. I never thought it was as fun to laugh with the filmmakers as at them.
