More bizarre than gory TGP nonetheless lives up to its promise. It is based in Tokyo. It is gory. And it has police in it. Listen, when one of your villains sports a penis gun you're not going for high art here. Eihi Shiina hasn't been seen since Miike's 'Audition' and that is a damn shame. She is freaking hot.
Just a bizarre little film that satisfies all your blood lust.
