Only in Japan. This tops Meatball Machine, a truly bizarre film. It starts of with an incredible opening scene. Ranging from funny to hilarious, in spots it's too campy for it's own good. The main character, Shiina from Audition, is gorgeous.
The weapons, kills and plot are ridiculous and creative, the music is decent. The amputee blows Rose McGowan from Planet Terror out of the water.
