Okay, you're a cute undercover police woman in the Tokyo subway, and a man puts his hands on your butt. What do you do? Why, you drag the man outside and cut off his hands with your samurai sword naturally. Now what if he keeps spaying blood like a fountain? You put up your red umbrella, of course.

This is about the most normal and logical scene in Tokyo Gore Police. The rest is some outrageous story about a privatized police turning completely sadistic in its attempt to exterminate mutants called engineers. It is fun to see though how the Japanese try to make their movies even more absurd and gory than their video games. I must admire their creativity in finding an excuse for showing as much mutilation as possible.
