Gore, gore, gore. In Tokyo Setting. In Police Uniforms. That's all.
The plot is nonsense (at best), the effects are cheap and dated (except two or three which are REALLY impressive!!!--> crocodile lady and sword lady, you will know when you see them). And there's lot of red liquids....
At least it's funny and the bad quality of the effects prevents from being disgusted. So.... if you have time to spare and good friends to laugh with, give it a try :).
