Review of Together (2002) by Nelson L — 01 Jul 2007
The movie is brought to life by Tchaikovsky's one and only violin concerto, which is filled with so much passion, energy and power! Try immersing yourself in the music on a stressful day to get the stress out of your system! Compared with other top Chinese movies, the acting is average.
Some scenes are tear-jerking especially the last one. Liu Changyun, the Chinese violinist virtuoso who played the music behind the scene now lives in HK and has been performing here. There is another concert tomorrow featuring him and oher Chinese talents.
Worth catching.
