Review of To Save a Life (2009) by Sarah . — 30 Oct 2010
I'll start with the bad. The acting was pretty shitty all around - especially Deja. That aside however, the movie had a great soundtrack and I personally liked the message it was trying to make. Sure, the sequence of events and sudden change of hearts werent all that believable. Nonetheless, when I look past that blah I really did connect with the meaning of this movie. I personally am a Christian and therefore was not at all put off by the strong religious content - though if you are not Christian you may not feel the same way I did.
What did this movie teach me? If Joshua Weigel was my pastor I would be at church every day. ;).
