Review of To Return (1982) by Sarmad A — 10 Jul 2009
Another "not to miss" from Almodóvar... scenes are rich in every sense ... story line kind of not important, accessory to the scene visuals and dialogues....
The male role is minimal and dissappear early.... making the movie an arena for women with all the tactics and wit of their thinking, Sex and the City world without the pornographic cheasy contentents...
Almodóvar aproach as always is the strength of the movie, from camera angles, colors, dialogues, to actors reactions .... everything integrating like an orchestra... kind of perfect, becuase you feel there is nothing to change.
