WOW!! So THIS is why Humphrey Bogart left his wife for Lauren Bacall! The chemistry is visible. Bacall = smoldering. Pluses include the new leading lady and Hoagy Carmichael lending their pipes to a couple of tunes.
It almost makes me not hate Ernest Hemingway--almost.
