This movie was ,of course, Lauren Bacall's very first movie and she was ONLY 19!!! I was blown away when I found that out,& what a Life Long Love Affair that started.They were married a couple of years later.
I sure it was a shock to everyone because of their age difference He was born 1899 & she in 1925 I know I would be.
