I just learned that Ernst Lubitsch's sublime [b]To Be or Not To Be[/b] is finally being released on DVD in March of 2005. *fuckin' A*.

I just saw the NBC promo for Colin's SNL appearance. It's a bit with the incomparable Amy Poehler. I approve if you want to diddle her, Colin. *fuckin' Amy*.

I just read last week's Entertainment Weekly, and it includes not one, but two scathing indictments of Hollywood. It rips on both cosmetic surgery's destruction of unironic acting, and it offers an insider's perspective on the vapidity of sitcom production. On top of the previous issue's inclusion of Owen Gleiberman's railing on the dearth of storytelling in current cinema, EW is ascending to raven-haired bitch status of the highest order. *fuckin' awesome*.
